The Village of Oaklawn Illinois will do anything to ensure that it's residents follow traffic laws. To include putting up ridiculous signs like this one. The Illinois Department of Transportation has ordered the signs, placed directly underneath standard stop signs to be removed immediately per state transporation rules. The signs gotta be uniform and stuff.

They're really cute. *I* personally, think they're awesome.
